Aap Ki App Contest- Develop App for Aakash Tablet and Win Rs. 1 Lakh

The official Aakash tablet team is running a contest called “Aap Ki App” (Which is Hindi language, in English it means “Your App”) where in that user can develop an app for aakash tablet and if that app is selected as a winner the developer of that app will be awarded with1 Lakh rupee. They are going to choose 5 Winners, and all the 5 winners will get 1 Lakh Rupee as winning price.

More than the cash price, they are also going to pre-install your application in Aakash Tablet. The revenue (which is generated by advertisements) whatever the application is generated will be shared with application developer.

Aakash tablet is having a very huge demand in the Indian market. It is selling like a hot cake, Just imagine that if your app is going to be pre-installed in every aakash tablet? This is a nationwide opportunity for all students and amateurs to showcase their creative energy and technical expertise. Aakash is a tablet for the masses and we want to involve the student community in creating solutions for the Indian market. Students have the capacity to think out of the box and create solutions that escape the minds of technology professionals. We want to harness this inherent strength in the Indian student population and use it to create meaningful applications for use by the general population.

Team/Contestant Rules

• Maximum of four individuals per team.
• One individual cannot be part of multiple teams.

• Application entries and final submissions will be submitted via this website.

  • A short description of the App (250 words max.)
